Brandi Bonica is the founder of Restoration Health, a functional and integrative health consulting practice on the South Shore of Massachusetts. With nearly two decades of experience as a critical care nurse in a leading Boston hospital, she brings a deep understanding of conventional medicine while guiding clients through a more personalized, root-cause approach to health.

Through advanced lab analysis, integrative biomarkers, and lifestyle-based interventions, Brandi helps men and women move beyond “normal” lab ranges toward truly optimal health. Her work focuses on restoring metabolic balance, supporting hormone health, improving energy, and empowering individuals to confidently advocate for their own well-being.
